Laparoscopic‐endoscopic cooperative surgery for a gastric duplication cyst in the prepyloric region to preserve the pylorus ring in a child: A case report
Abstract Laparoscopic‐endoscopic cooperative surgery (LECS) has revolutionized the surgical treatment of submucosal gastric tumors by minimizing resection of the normal gastric wall to avoid deformity of the stomach. We present our experience with a child in whom we successfully resected a gastric duplication cyst in the prepyloric region and preserved the pylorus ring by performing LECS.

Self‐Motion Perception in Parkinson's disease
Abstract Parkinson's disease (PD), best characterized by its classic motor symptoms, also manifests non‐motor symptoms including perceptual impairments. Normal motor and perceptual brain functions interact continuously in an action‐perception loop, hence perceptual and motor dysfunction in PD are likely also intertwined. A vital skill in order to maintain balance, and to move around in the environment is the ability to perceive one's own motion in space (self‐motion perception). Self‐motion perception...

Risk stratification for central conventional chondrosarcoma of bone: A novel system predicting risk of metastasis and death in the Cancer Registry of Norway cohort
Abstract Background and Objectives Interobserver variability in histological grading of central conventional chondrosarcoma (CCCS) limits the quality of patient information and research progression. We aim to quantify known and new prognostic variables and propose a risk stratification model. Method We selected 149 cases from the Cancer Registry of Norway. Cox proportional hazard models were estimated. Based on these results a dichotomous risk classification was proposed and presented by...
