Duodenal focal lymphangiectasia
A 58-year-old woman with a 6-month history of mild upper abdominal pain and fatigue was referred for esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD). Physical examination and laboratory tests were unremarkable. EGD revealed a local elevated finding suspicious for a subepithelial lesion in the second part of the duodenum. It measured approximately 2 cm in diameter.
