A woman in her 60s presented with a large number of tumors of the head causing headaches, vision changes, and difficulty sleeping owing to pain. The patient noted tumor growth started at age 40 years and that she had some tumors removed by simple excision in the past with subsequent recurrence. Family medical history was significant for her mother and maternal grandmother who had extensive scalp tumors as well as 3 sisters with more minor scalp tumors. The patient’s brother and son had no scalp tumors.
