Abstract
1.The aim of this study was to carry out a radio‐clinical assessment in order to identify CT and clinical prognostic criteria in Bell's palsy.

2.The labyrinthine segment is the narrowest segment of the facial canal.

3.No variable is significantly associated with the initial facial function.

4.The cross‐sectional area of the labyrinthine segment at the meatal foramen and BMI are associated with facial function at 6 months of treatment.

5.Age is associated with the slope of the House–Brackmann score decay.
