The Food Allergy Support Team (FAST) is a group of allergists dedicated to enhancing food oral immunotherapy (OIT). The second annual FAST meeting in July, 2018 was attended by 109 clinicians representing 80 allergy practices. This report summarizes the opinions of practitioners who had treated more than 7800 patients and outlines the core principles of safe and effective OIT use in clinical practice.
